Shortstop On Pool makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the description, color, and quality of our products, however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and the monitor type you are viewing the content with.  We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.   The grains, wood characteristics, and wood stain colors of your product might vary. The appearance and shape of each Shortstop On Pool item can vary and is due to custom hand-made nature of Shortstop On Pool’s products. The inclusion of any product on this web site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any time.  By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

3. Overseas Shipping / Duties and Taxes
   There are no U.S. taxes on orders shipped outside the U.S..  Shortstop On Pool is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties, or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges.  We strongly suggest that you check with your local customs agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase.  Shortstop On Pool cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
